Does the unit need to be empty?
No. The scan works around furniture. If a tenant lives there, we just need access and about 20 minutes.
How accurate are the measurements?
LiDAR scans are typically accurate to within an inch or two per wall. Plans are for marketing and planning, not for permits or legal square footage.
Where do you work?
We're based in Whittier and cover the surrounding LA and Orange County cities. Travel is free within 15 miles. Farther out adds a flat $25, and it's waived when you book 3 or more units.
Can I get several units done in one trip?
